Acceptable Use Policy

SatchelLM sells self-hostable AI models to support legitimate AI security research and evaluation. This policy defines what our products may and may not be used for. It is part of our Terms of Service, and applies to every purchaser. Violation may result in immediate revocation of access without refund and, where required, reporting to authorities.

Intended and permitted uses

Authorized AI security research, red-teaming, and adversarial testing.
Model robustness, safety, alignment, and bias evaluation.
Benchmarking and reproducible research on infrastructure you own or control.
Private, offline, or air-gapped deployment where hosted APIs are unsuitable.
Lawful commercial and internal software development.

Prohibited uses

You may not use our products, in any manner or to generate any content, that:

Violates any applicable law or regulation, or facilitates illegal activity.
Creates, solicits, or facilitates child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors — an absolute, non-negotiable prohibition.
Produces sexual, pornographic, or adult content.
Targets, harasses, defames, doxes, or endangers any individual or group.
Generates malware, ransomware, or tooling intended to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data you are not explicitly authorized to test.
Conducts security testing against any system without the owner's explicit authorization.
Facilitates fraud, credential theft, spam, or large-scale disinformation.
Creates weapons, or content promoting terrorism, mass violence, or self-harm.
Infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.

Zero tolerance. Any content sexually exploiting minors, and any use directed at real-world harm to people, results in immediate, permanent loss of access and referral to law enforcement. "Reduced refusal behavior" in our models is a research characteristic — it is not a license to break the law. Lawful, authorized use is your responsibility.

Redistribution

Your license is for use, not redistribution. You may not resell, re-host, publicly share, or sublicense the model files as a standalone product.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, revoke access without refund, and cooperate with law enforcement. We reserve the right to decline any sale.
